Exercising has many benefits. For instance, persons with heart problems need to exercise for proper circulation of blood. Some relieve muscle tensions by doing exercise. But we tend to skip the idea that exercise makes our bone strong and help withstand the rigors of our everyday activity. A simple walk on the stairs can already strengthen the lower extremity bones including the joints of the hips, knees and feet. So, whatever roles we have in our lives, let's exercise and be fit....even if we're busy...simple stretching will do.
